    Health Benefits of Banana:


                                            
                                                  Banana is most easily available fruit out there.You can find it any where,literally anywhere around the world,no matter where you are living.

    Bananas could be cultivated at most part of world and it stays in all seasons(both winter and summer).

    Bananas have so many health benefits that we are gonna discuss here.

    Medical sciences has proven it's benefits as it is helpful in fighting Low Blood Pressure ,because bananas are energy rich and provides with huge supply of calories in compact and easily edible form.And it is also said that it can help avoiding Cancer.

    Blood Pressure is directly proportional to Salt intake and inversely to Potassium intake.That's the reason doctors recommend decreasing intake of salt into the body and increase intake of Potassium.Potassium helps in strengthening Cardiovascular System.

    Banana serves as Anti-oxidant.

    Lectin is a protein present in Banana which could prevent abnormal cell division ,saving you from Cancer.

    Leukemia can be prevented by intake of bananas regularly,as suggested by some researchers.

    Low Density Lipo-protein(LDL) is linked to intake of fiber.If you intake bananas regularly ,you would have enough fiber to keep LDL in check.Keeping your heart health and cholesterol controlled.

    We often see that Banana is used to treat Constipation Naturally.Now we can understand the medical reasoning behind it as Banana as it contain water and fiber ,both enhances the digestive functioning.
    It is used to treat Diarrhea as well.

    There is an amino acid in banana called Tryptophan,which promotes learning abilities of our mind.

    Bananas helps Kidneys ,as potassium reduces the risk of kidney stones.

    For Bodybuilder and Athletes:

                    For bodybuilders and athletes bananas serves as best Snack.As it provides more energy in less and compact size.You need to eat ton of food to gain 600-700 calories in single meal or you can divide it.Each medium sized banana contain approximately 110 kcal which is too good for its size and ease of eating.And it is healthy energy as it does not contain fat or oxidants.

    Skinny people who suffer for eating as it is hard for them to eat  much,can use banana as Trick to gain weight and you can add healthy weight by eating just 6 bananas a day and it is not hard to eat 6 bananas,you can do it in a single meal or divide it in portions,choice is yours.

    Bodybuilders and athletes can use it just before workout or sport, as a pre-workout.There is no better pre-workout as Banana.It does not give you energy spikes,as it contain fiber which slows down digestion to healthy level and you get slow,consistent source of energy during your workout or sport.



    My Experience:

    I used bananas as hack for gaining weight,i struggled for gaining weight in teenage and i wasunable to eat enough for gaining weight.I even tried appetizers to increase my appetite ,but i wasn't able to gain much weight at all,until i found a way to gain it.The hack and only trick for it were Bananas.

    I started eating Bananas and gained weight at faster pace and everyone noticed my progress and i did it without much of effort.Eating 6 bananas isn't hard at all.

    But there is one thing you have to keep in check whether your body or throat react in form of allergy or not.I got allergy because of eating 6 or more bananas each and every day but that's not compulsory for you,you can check it yourself whether you should eat 6 banana daily or whether you need to decrease the amount of it.

    Keep moving forward and use smart ways to do so!
