     Avocado

         It is a fruit from berry family.It has dark brown colored outer cover with bright green colored content inside.Has a large seed as well,which is commonly used for attraction,purpose of which we will discuss later.It is highly dense food with high content and nutrition.

    It is a delicious food which is used in salads,shakes and smoothies as well as.
