    Bodybuilding is form of training or exercise we use to gain muscular strength,endurance or size.It increases overall fitness and well-being!
    Bodybuilding has been practiced from 200 years before!
    Bodybuilding originated from England in late 1800's.First bodybuilding competition was held in London at 1901,which was called "Great Competition".
    Since then word spread across the world as world become global village so more and more people got aware of bodybuilding and many stepped in for gaining some physique and strength.
    Every man dreams to be strong ,masculine and alpha .And bodybuilding is major way toward this.

    All this desire to be strong ,fit and muscular starts at teenage when you're at peak growing stage you also wanna grow your muscles and make them stronger ,better and more obvious.
    This is when teenagers start to learn about bodybuilding from internet or society.They research about bodybuilding and they want to training to gain muscles.

    Strength Gains:

        One of the major benefits of bodybuilding for teenager is strength gain.Teens have potential to gain high strength in short time.
    Approximately just 3 Months of training will grant a huge strength gain,an exponential strength gain.
    That gain won't be because of gain in actual muscle that is why size won't increase soo much but the strength gain would be because of NEURAL ADAPTATIONS.
    Neural Adaptations are neurological or central nervous system changes,in which your brain send stronger and frequent signals to the muscle which you trained for some period ,as compared to untrained muscle.Stronger and enhanced stimuli activates and excites more motor unit(unit of muscle cells connected to one nerve fiber) in specific muscle which indeed make contractions of that muscle stronger and faster.

    Thus, soo much gains in strength of trained muscle is because of neural adaptations rather than muscle size itself!
    But there is a point to be noted, that if you stop training just after first few months you will lose all strength gains in 2 weeks of leaving exercise.That is because your adaptations were neurological and they need constant training ti retain of you leave training, you will lose neural adaptations as well and as fast as you gained it.
    And if you train for more than few months,which means more than 6 months ,you will see visible size gains in muscle,now these physical and physiological adaptations will retain for longer even after you stop training.

    Heart Performance:

      Heart of a teen is evolving towards the adult heart and heart rate decreases as you age ,for better.Because heart become more effective and efficient in pumping blood as you age,heart's performance increases with with your age and heart become stronger so less number of beats per second are required to circulate blood in body in a minute that is the reason Heart Rate is highest in newborn and keeps decreasing until you are Mature Adult.(unless you have heart disease or high bodyfat percentage,so heart feels difficult to pump blood all around body and more beats per second (pulse) is required for heart to perform its job.)
    Endurance Athlete.


    As a teen your heart goes from 60-100 bpm(beats per minute).This is your pulse rate.At teenage,if you start bodybuilding which is highest and most effective form of sport ,your heart will become string and efficient faster than others of your age who are sedentary in lifestyle.
    Many people do suggest that teens should take part in sports,and bodybuilding is most superior form of sport.As you take part in bodybuilding your heart rate will stay normal even during hard work if you train yourself regularly and you would have higher stamina than others.

    Testosterone Levels:

    Testosterone is major masculine hormone or male sex hormone. Testosterone is one responsible for your secondary sex characteristics development such as growth of beard,libido,wide stature and muscle development.

    At teenage ,when you reach puberty your testosterone race towards the peak and that's the time you need testosterone most,so you grow good and well.Your height,health,immunity,personality and muscularity ,all depends on level of Testosterone your body has.

    At teenage ,our energy levels are good and we learn about many things and it's up to us whether we use our energy in something that benefits us or in something that does not.
    Most of teenagers don't utilize their energy and time in something beneficial but waste their time and energy in useless things.
